Pipeline test WIP
Maya, Silo, ZBrush
February 2008

This is a pipeline test for an prehistoric sea creature. The base mesh was modelled in Silo, then scaled and UV mapped in Maya in under 2 hours. The mesh was then taken in to ZBrush for sculpting which has taken 5 hours to this point, (still WIP.)

I've had to go back to the research phase on the project as I am unsure of final skin textures and general high frequency details for marine reptiles of this period.

Finally 32 bit floating point displacement maps, bump map and cavity maps will be exported for final rendering inside of Mental Ray.
